Three times a year, parishes receive Life Support right to the steps of the Church. Life Support is loaded with fun and exciting resources to keep parishes centered on Christ and alive in Spirit:

1. Liturgy Planning Guide: This book is designed to enhance youth-focused liturgies with music and teen-friendly homilies. It can also be used as a basis for a lectionary-based Bible Study.

2. Curriculum Guide: Based on the USCCB’s doctrinal guidelines for high school catechesis (link to the USCCB Semester Theme document attached), this resource gives education Life Nights that can be used in building an engaging and educational semesters for your teens. 3. Video Support: DVD’s contain videos that support the Curriculum Guide Life Nights as well as training segments from various conferences.

4. Retreats: Annually Life Teen provides retreats for both Core Teams and teens renew and deepen their love and commitment to Christ and His Church.

5. Spotlight: This resource is designed to keep parishes informed about what is going on in youth ministry as well as provide social and issue (current event) nights to use in semester planning.

6. Music CDs: In every box we introduce current and talented Christian artists to our Life Teen family. These CD’s can be used for hangout time at retreats and Life Nights and often will be found as suggestions in our Liturgy Guide.

7. Creative Gift (link to store and gifts tab): You never know what Life Teen will create, but you know it will be fun and entertaining.

8. Additional Products (link to products like t-shirts in store) and Resources (link to Oneight sample): All the latest books, new resources and DVDs come the second they are off the press so that parishes have all they need to reach every teen. Life Night Title: Mirror Image

This night is about how human dignity has been restored by Christ. Our identity, holiness and purpose are found in the person of Christ. Once we know who we are in Christ, we can then begin to reveal the truth about Christ to the world through our humanity. This night will give the teens a chance to see themselves through the loving eyes of the Father. It will remind the teens who and what they are created for.

Life Night Title: I Am

This night will provide a basic background and overview of the Gospel of John. More specifically, this night will help teens encounter the person of Christ as he describes himself and how those descriptions call us to change how we think of ourselves and how we reflect the Gospel to those around us.

Life Night Title: Wait for It

Help teens understand the purpose of Advent and what Christ is calling them to as they prepare for Christmas. This night will give them practical, concrete ways to pray the four weeks of Advent.

Life Night Title: Read Into It

The goal for this night is to help teens learn how to use Scripture in their prayer life through Lectio Divina. The night gives them a hands-on experience of Lectio Divina in a group and individual setting that will allow them to go deeper into Scripture and see how it relates to their daily walk with Christ.

Life Night Title: Spent!

The goal of this Life Night is to help teens understand that everything we have first belongs to God and that the practice of tithing can bring freedom from materialism and greed. Many teens feel as though the call to tithe is only for adults, but this night should help teens understand how tithing is connected to a healthy spirituality at any age.
