This includes Sacramental preparation for Confirmation as well as implementation of the goals and components outlined in the document Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry.
The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic who has a zeal for God, His Church and our young people coupled with a knowledge and desire to inspire our youth to be Disciples of Christ. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with past experience working in Youth Ministry. This is a full-time position with competitive salary (based on experience) and benefits.

This person will coordinate the Middle School and High School youth of the parish. The CYM will be responsible for working closely with adults and youth in forming leadership core teams and developing a holistic youth program based upon the eight components stated in USCCB’s document Renewing the Vision-A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry. The CYM is a member of the parish staff and serves the parish part time.
Applicants must be a practicing Roman Catholic, in good standing and active in the church. Applicants should have a college degree or life experiences that provide a background in religious studies and an ability to work with youth. Applicants need a commitment to ongoing formation, spiritual growth, a holistic vision of ministry, and a deep appreciation of the Eucharistic community of which youth are integral members.
